My neck is still a wee bit stiff, BUT its definitely better. Same can be said for my ankle.

Hope your week is going well.
It was FREEZING here this morning. But I was up walking the pooch at 5:30 am and then off to the pool for a swim.
WORKOUT: 1500m swim, about 30 minutes
