Magnificent Monday…..

due to the weather, not so much the fact that it was Monday. 
It is feeling like SUMMER here, which makes me so happy.  I love warm weather.
My dad started with 6am Kettlebell.
Workout
Racked Lunges 5 x 5 per leg
Every 2:00 for 20:00
10 x Jump Squats
5/5 x Snatches (12kg bell)
10 x Push Ups
10 x Swings [...]
