At least I hope…….
So I decided today would be a rest day. After two days of double workouts, I figured I’d rest so that tomorrow my legs will be fresh for some speed work tomorrow morning. Crossing fingers my legs are fresh.

Oh my goodness, I am so tired today. Not sure if its the dreary weather or a lack of sleep.
It had been miserable here today….. 38 degrees and raining, hard.
I was up and out walking the dog at 5:30am though and off to kettlebell class at 6am. Wasn’t sure how doing two classes less than [...]

Crampy tummy again tonight. Blah. I’ll have to write down how frustrated I am, so that once I’m better and able to workout…. I’ll be reminded of how fortunate I am to be able to workout!!
So instead I cooked. Its cold here so SOUP was the perfect dinner to make!!!
